Here at the studio we have a very creative team that will always try to improve and take your ideas and designs to the next level. We require a
*NON REFUNDABLE* $50 deposit for all appointments, even for same-day appointments. The deposit goes towards the price of your tattoo. Same deposit can be used ONCE if an appointment is reschedule at least 48hrs before its time. If your artist needs to cancel your appointment, full deposit will be refunded. Deposits can be sent through Zelle, CashApp or Cash;

Please be on time for your appointment. Let's take advantage of every minute of your session. Remember, there are more steps and procedures that need to be followed before beginning any tattoo. Keep in mind that we might have sessions after yours. So do not be late. If you do not show for your appointment; you will loose your deposit and we will require a new one to reschedule. Once in the studio please wait in the lobby until your artist calls you over to start your session.
Here at the Studio we clean and sanitize every work station prior and after every client session. Furthermore, we strictly follow Health Department cleanliness and safety guidelines. We ask the same from you. Please come in clean and showered specially if you know your session will take a couple of hours.
Although, food is not allowed in the work areas; we encourage all clients to bring snacks of their preference to help themselves during those long sessions. Clients can have food delivered to the studio as well and take a meal break when recommended by the artist. Here at the studio we have a private break room where our clients can take breaks and consume their meals away from the work areas.
Hydration is fundamental before and during your appointment therefore, make sure you drink a lot of water t. Clients can bring their own water or help themselves from our water station with cool/room temperature water or complementary hot chocolate or tea.
THIS IS YOUR TIME! Make sure you prioritize your own and your artist professional opinion before listening to your companions about your design and placement. The Studio is not longer accepting friends/partners or family members in the tattoo areas therefore they will be asked to wait in the lobby during your session.
At VIRGO"S Tattoo Studio we do not offer numbing cream. However, we are not opposed to its usage. We only ask that, as a client you researched , understood and followed your chosen numbing cream procedures and its risks. Please let your artist know if you use or will use numbing cream for your appointment.
